Ok so this is kinda embarrassing but… my digestion has been a mess for months. Bloated all the time, random stomach pain, sometimes I can’t even tell what food triggered it. Doctors just say “stress”. Cool, but like… what do I actually DO? Anyone fixed this somehow?
